Very understanding and professional. Very helpful for those on fixed incomes, I'm on disability, and they come through even if I cant afford to have a leak test done or something. I rely on HEAP, and even when heap failed me and I ran out of propane, first fuel helped me get my heat back quickly before this next storm hits. Thank you...

Had a challenging scenario wher I hadn't use propane but was being charged to maintain the tanks. The team explained the rationale very well and gave me a credit on historical charges so that I better understand how their billing works. Thanks for escalating my issue and resolving! Great propane service with no complaints otherwise.
