They are truly awful. Day two sitting on hold for 2+ hours trying to make an appointment. Just for them at close at 5pm anyway. When i called originally i was place 16. 2 + hours later im place 6. How hard is it to take a name and number down to make an appointment smh. Glad im leaving upstate ny next month. Health care is awful locally

They don’t care about the people they only care about the money coming in there accounts it’s sad I have emergency dental problems and they put me on hold been calling for 2 weeks now and been to urgent care and they couldn’t even help me I don’t recommend them to no one not even my worst enemy they are horrible at there jobs and should be shut down

I was first time dental patient. Everyone was very nice. My cleaning was great. Teeth never felt cleaner. Would recommend Lansingburgh office for sure

If I could give a 0 star I would. My stepdaughter was prescribed medication for anxiety that could negatively impact her diabetes and Dr Natalia Romanoff did not disclose any of the possibilities of that. I had to find out through googling the medication prescribed that my stepdaughter could have become hyperglycemic from the meds. This is not the first time she has been negligent with her either. 2 years ago she completely ignored all symptoms pointing to my stepdaughter having diabetes when all the symptoms were right in front of her face. She also performed an STI test on my other stepdaughter (WHOM IS 13 and NOT SEXUALLY ACTIVE) without informing my wife (her mother) that she was going to conduct said test as if a minor can give consent for a test like that. I do not recommend going here if she is going to be the doctor to see your child because she is very negligent and will not disclose important information to you. 👎

I like the Troy office better than the Albany one. Every time I go the lobby is empty but I’m still sitting there waiting about 10/15 mins past my appointment time which is annoying. Other than that, the staff is always nice and friendly and Dr. Romanoff is cool, I like her as my PCP.

Terrible! Left me in agonyh a dry socket for 5 weeks after my last 2 bottom molars were removed, with a dry socket and shards from my other tooth still embedded. Have been in total agony for 5 weeks! Unbearable!,
