Zach is absolutely BRILLIANT! I have a historic 1880s home and the tub had stopped up. I had tried everything DIY I could to get it going, but no luck. Zach came the day after I called, snaked 100' feet out and discovered A DIFFERENT LEAK which had been rotting the plywood above my pantry. He was able to replace the old, leaky pipes with PVC until the seals were nice and tight, and then found the source of the tub backup, which had been a long time accumulation of sediment. He fixed it, tested it, and even cleaned the tub afterwards, so it's ready for bathing again! The price was very reasonable for 2.5 hours of work. Easton Dylan provided excellent service. The technician was professional and capable. He came to snake a drain in my historic home. Prior to his visit I had another 'popular' plumbing company to do the work but the guy was woefully unqualified to think the problem through.The Easton Dylan plumber realized there was a obstacle preventing the snake from doing its job; It turns out it was going down an old pathway that was closed off. Once the Easton Dylan Plumber understood that the drain had a false entry, he found the correct angle and redirected the snake and completed the job, cleaned up the area, and charged me a reasonable fee for a job well done!
