What a great experience and end result! The Pearl Landscaping team called me back the same day I reached out on their website. From there Dave stopped by and helped me complete the vision I had for the back yard landscaping project. Dave consulted me on many different options while always looking for ways to get what I wanted while keeping ways to lower costs in mind. The finished job was done so much faster than I had expected and came out so much better than I had originally imagined. These guys are incredible.

TL,DR - Pearl Landscaping does Great work, they are responsive, answer your questions, actually show up when they say they will, and overall were wonderful to work with. Highly RecommendFrom start to finish the people at Pearl were amazing. But the main point I want to put forward is that there was a start. These people actually called us back and responded in a timely manner. They had to wait until Fall to do our project because we don't have irrigation. They didn't just say they would work on our project later and not call back. They called back unprompted and set up a schedule, answered all our questions, dealt with us making last minute additions to the project. I know landscapers are busy these days and we had called a lot of different companies but Pearl actually seemed to be nice. That's crazy that this is the standard that I go by but usually for any house project we will settle for people just showing up. Dave Testo and company did an excellent job installing a patio and sidewalk, clearing brush to extend our backyard lawn space and hydroseeding (including topsoil, mulch and river stone). He also installed low voltage lighting all around our property that looks great, but is subtle thanks to Dave's recommendations. Dave was a pleasure to work with and his crew was on time, professional and friendly while working during a particularly hot period during the summer of 2022. He also recommended a sprinkler company that did a great job rerouting and adding sprinkler zones.
I would hire Pearl Landscaping again!

We hired Pearl to remove a concrete patio and basketball court in our yard. Anthony and his crew then built us a sitting wall, pillars and gas fire pit!
Anthony and his crew worked very hard and answered all questions and concerns about the process from start to finish.
He and his crew made our small yard become an area we can now enjoy!

I called Pearl for some advice about hydroseeding a hilly backyard and he gave me such a great explanation of the process and the possible problems with spraying a hill. Definitely professional guy knows his stuff and I’ll keep him in mind for the future.

I recently moved into an apartment complex in Brunswick, and the last couple of weeks Pearl Landscaping has been making improvements around the property (planting flowers, doing light landscaping) and I must say they are doing a Fantastic job. From when I moved in at the beginning of August until now, I see a wonderful difference in the overall look of the grounds. I'm very impressed with the property company for setting forth these upgrades and improvements and with Pearl Landscaping for doing such great work!

Pearl Landscaping replaced our front steps and walkways and installed a patio in our back yard. They did a beautiful job! We are very happy and highly recommend them. They were reliable and professional. They kept our property neat and clutter free by cleaning up at the end of each work day We are getting daily compliments from our neighbors!

We found Dave from Pearl Landscaping after concerns with another contractor we were looking to hire. Other than the reviews from other customers and a search of BBB, we didn't have anything else to go on. Dave did his homework before and after coming out to see the property. He assessed the job and provided a quote. We were looking to have our yard leveled and graded to direct water away from the foundation of our house. Dave and his crew were punctual, worked quickly, and did the work we requested and agreed upon. We had the yard hydro seeded. Dave provided guidance on how to care for the lawn. Within two weeks, we had a beautiful leveled backyard. Thanks Dave and company!
