When I arrived for my appointment there was no wait time. The staff at visionworks are very nice and personable and care about your needs , my husband and I have been going there for quite some time and will continue to do so. !!

Friendly and professional staff, though appears to be a bit understaffed (at least on the day I was there), as my appointment did not begin until about 10-15 minutes after the scheduled time. There was also difficulty connecting to the remote doctor, which was a bit frustrating. But overall, a good experience.

Excellent service and very thorough. My husband and I had an appointment and the staff and Dr. took the time to make sure they did all the tests and took the time to explain everything to us. I will continue to go here for our yearly appointments. Best vision appointment ever. Thank you all.
