I love what she did with my hair she took her time it wasn't a rush job my only issue was she stayed on the phone the entire time I think that's poor customer service your customer that is sitting in your chair does not want to hear you yakking loudly in their ear and that's pretty much what the whole situation was she was speaking very loudly in Spanish and it was quite annoying.
