Very nice and accommodating. Okay with filing claims for warranty coverage. No issues. We didn't end up using their service in the end, but probably would have it rental car services had still been open in the area.

Lost my alternator and battery. I am a shade-tree mechanic myself, just didn't want to do the work in the cold.I asked for a quote -- it was exactly what it should be. 1 hr for alternator, 1/2 hour for battery, and parts cost.Dropped it off on a Monday afternoon, done early Tuesday, when we expected it late Tuesday.good fast work. they spotted and fixed a few extras at no extra labor cost, just parts -- Seems a good honest Mech.Services: Battery
