This garage is absolutely incredible! I had a loose spark plug blow out on the highway in Albany (a rare and surprising issue). I was in the middle of a long trip, hundreds of miles from home and from my destination. I chose to have my car towed to Rayno based on it being nearby and the perfect Google reviews. I'm so glad I did!I worked with K.T. in particular, who is the head mechanic/ manager. I explained my situation, and even though they had a lot of business and were backed up for weeks, he prioritized me and had my car fixed just after noon the next day! I called around to a few repair shops about a clunking sound when turning and no one would even take a look at my car for 3 weeks, except for KT who told me to bring in my car the next day to make sure it was safe to drive. Well, thank goodness because it was NOT safe to drive, I had two tie rods that desperately needed to be replaced. Not only did they allow me to bring my car in to be looked at last minute but they then fit in the repairs throughout their incredibly busy day and my car was ready in the afternoon. I feel very fortunate to have found Rayno Automotive, these guys are the absolute best!
