I’ve spent the past three years living in one of the TM Montante buildings and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself is wonderful and the views from the building are great. I love that there’s a restaurant right below.. it’s so convenient! The management company, including Travis, has been fantastic to work with!! Always responsive, attentive and prompt in handling maintenance requests. They were also very understanding and flexible with both my lease extension and my move-out date, accommodating my job schedule. I had a wonderful experience living at 1275 Delaware! Beautiful environment, very comfortable space, quick and attentive staff, and great neighbors. The property manager Travis has been extremely helpful and responsive since day one. No complaints at all and I highly recommend renting with TM Montante at this location!
