Technician Riley come out to troubleshoot my marine A/C, he was on time, polite and capable. He did a thorough job and determined that the system needed to be charged with refrigerant. He took the time to verify both the cooling and heating were working properly before he left. It wasn't cheap but I feel like it was a job well done!

Our AC/Heat unit stopped working for us this week. It all started on Monday. Due to the weather, they came back out Tuesday morning, and got it working again, but then it stopped working again on Wednesday afternoon. They came back out Thursday morning, and had a new unit installed and working by 4pm on Thursday. The guys that came out to work on it were great. They had a fast response time. This is not the first time we have used them, and it will no be the last.

I've been using TMS Thermo (also goes under the name of Matthew Kandefer Plumbing & Heating) since their acquisition of Danforth's Residential customers (a few years). Our Air Conditioning has given us some trouble in recent years, mostly due to age, and whenever it needs service these folks are here to do it. Summer months tend to be busier on the schedule, especially at the start of the first major heat wave, but they will work quickly once on site to get the cool air flowing again.
