Tressa is a warm, patient & talented groomer. She took great care in brushing out my long haired cat who had a few mats and heavy undercoat. Lou looks amazing and probably feels so much better! Tressa even took the time to show me what brushes she used so I can get them for home grooming.
So thankful for the amazing job they did with my cat! Brought in my 19 year old girl, who has recently developed some matting due to not cleaning herself very well. She’s extremely anxious anywhere we go, and they were so accommodating and groomed her gently. Minimal shaving needed thankfully, most of it they got out with a comb so we were able to save her coat and keep warm in the winter. Thank you!
Love this place! Every interaction I have had with their staff has been extremely pleasant. They always do a beautiful job with my long haired cat. She comes out super soft and knot-free every time!
