I love everyone there. I had to switch dentist and found them and it’s such a nice thing when they remember you and prior conversations. They pay great attention. Very satisfied with the staff! ?

My son, Craig, who has Down Syndrome, had a nice experience with Dr. Terry Park at Sterling Optical - Tonawanda. My husband and I did too. The doctor was very pleasant and made Craig feel comfortable. Marzia, who is a Licensed Optician and the Office Manager was lovely too along with another nice lady who took care of Craig and us. We pick up his glasses soon!

They were very welcoming and kind, quickly fixing my previous glasses and providing me with a new prescription that allowed me to see clearly. A big thanks to the staff here, especially Marzia, Olga, and Dr. Honeyman. I will definitely be coming back!
