Called to inquire about a 'loudly banging' hot water tank that was thought to need only a flush. Sam squeezed us in the very next day to replace our old unit, informing us we were close to having our 20 year old tank explode due to the sediment build up. I am super thankful Sam was able to get out here so quickly. He was transparent in the cost, very professional, & meticulously cleaned the area after. Our last call to him was 2 years prior for a furnace repair & fortunately have not had any issues since. Clearly, the job was done right the first time. Same will be our only call going forward.
Sam has done 2 jobs for me this year. He replaced the blower motor in my furnace in January when I completely lost heat. He was at my house within 2 hours and had my heat back on 90 minutes after that. I wasn't sure if I was in for a complete replacement or not, and Sam assured me that with an $800 repair, my furnace should last me another decade.
In April I called him back for a new central air install. He had to navigate through crawlspace for part of the job and the entire process was spread out over a few days but Sam & his crew were efficient and very reasonably priced.

Service Pro Heating & Coolinh was so helpful and accessible. My furnace turned off when it was less than 5 degrees outside and my house was freezing. One phone call with Sam and I was able to troubleshoot it over the phone and saved my day!
