This is my seccond season using Red Rose Landscaping for snow service. This company is very responsive and communication on when they are coming is amazing. I would recommend them for snow service. I have not had an opportunity to use their other services but would not hesitate.

They plowed my parents house in Tonawanda for the 25-26 winter. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. They communicated frequently and always had the driveway plowed perfectly. They even plowed when there wasn't a lot of snow. The driveway is wider than the plow and they made sure to clean up everything they could. They are also offering a reasonably priced spring cleanup service that my parents will be using. My parents are now considering them for landscaping during the summer based on the winter time results.

I used Red Rose for snow plow service for the first time this winter and I am so glad I did. They do a great job of communicating when they'll come around to plow (almost daily emails due to all the snow this year) and the season price is reasonable.
I did have one issue where the stake outlining the driveway broke so part of my lawn was plowed the first time. But after I contacted them about it (with pics) they replaced the stake and there were no further problems (and no damage to the grass!).
