Wonderful place with caring employees and great massages/facials. Easy to schedule online and membership helps make monthly treatments more affordable to maintain. Chanyl is such a kind, thoughtful massage therapist and gives her best to each client, but I have had great experiences with all providers here.

I booked a one hour massage, arrived 15 mins early per their request. Massage started promptly at the time booked, but ended after 45 mins. The massage therapist left the room so quickly, I assumed she was coming back. She didn't. I was charged $130 for the one hour massage and received a 45 minute massage. I was then subjected to a sit-down sales pitch with a monthly fee. I get regular massages, but won't return to this place.

I had a 60 minute facial. It was average, nothing special. One thing I really didn't like about it was constant change from warm towel to cold cream on my face. I'd go from warm and cozy to chilled and back again. Also, when I went to check out I was given a hard sales pitch by two different people. Not okay.
