When your basement utility backs up its a scarry and stressful thing for sure! Mine did and Joel came out to snake my line. He was professional, polite and cleared my main sewer. Ed came out and used a camera in my line the same day to show me the problems. He was sincere, genuine, honest and worked with me to solve the problem. Tom, Tyler, and Aleksei replaced my sewer line outside. They were also professional, considerate of my property, and did a fantastic job using care and experience to get my line in quickly and correctly. I cant even tell you how thankful and grateful I am to Frank's. If you are looking for a plumming company, want the job done right, timely, profesionally, and within budget, I would HIGHLY reccomend giving them a call to do the job.
So beyond thankful for Mike, Abby, and Frank for their hospitality today during their class! I cannot begin to describe the amount of information they provided to us all. I left with a sore hand from writing down all the notes and pertinent information surrounding sewers, plumbing, household products “do’s and dont’s,” and the truly best part…the community they are building. The class today was lively, full of candid conversation and laughs, and every single person left with knowledge and a smile. I truly cannot wait to go to more classes in the future.
