We recently had a water pipe break that caused extensive damage to our home. We used Energsmart for our new build 18 years ago, so we gave them a call for the repair work. Bob’s estimate was fair, and he scheduled the work within a couple of days’ time. His crew, Carl and Cam, were fantastic! They were personable neat and did quality work. We live in a Cape Cod and were having issues with heat loss and air infiltration into the attic spaces (front and rear). Bob Dionne provided a thorough inspection and detailed explanation about our situation and how it could be corrected. He supplied us with 3 quotes to help with our decision. We choose the most extensive option (closed cell foam insulation in front / rear attic spaces and at rim joist around our basement) as it best suited our situation.
