I had to sit and listen to my sister be verbally shat on multiple times. I have no idea of their skill level but they lack professionalism and common courtesy and that is no way to begin a working relationship so skills be damned, I'll never know. Another little trick they did was insist they called us multiple times saying that they were here but none of us received any calls and then they told us their policy is to move on if the call is unanswered. Complete fiction.

Unfortunately I didn't get to evaluate their plumbing skills because the "dispatcher" was so rude, condescending, impatient, loud, and aggressive that we had to cancel the appointment. Of course, our plumbing issue happened on a holiday which is never optimal. But I was calm, pleasant and professional with him and he was a prick through and through with me. So we canceled and went with another company that was so different right from the start, I want to invite him to dinner. Hopefully 72 Degrees has some plumbing skills to keep them in business because their "bedside manner" ain't cutting it.

Highly highly unprofessional. The fact that you even have a business is mind boggling. You make appointments that you don't keep. Your secretaries are unprofessional as well.
