I cannot recommend optics of Ticonderoga enough. I had an issue with my daughter‘s classes and Dawn, the owner, went out of her way to fix my issue on the spot so my daughter didn’t go more than two hours in school without her glasses which would’ve been an issue. All of my experiences have been great here, but I really wanted to let everyone though how awesome this last experience was! Thank you Dawn!!! Ten Stars!!
I have been bringing my son here for almost 4 years. Dawn and her staff are always very welcoming, helpful and go above and beyond. I don’t have to worry about anything and never have to ask questions. Dawn is very thorough with him and he ALWAYS walks away happy. We definitely recommend Ti Optics.
Always receive professional and friendly care and quick , best quality service . Have purchased eyeglasses elsewhere but the quality does not compare to Dawn at optics of Ticonderoga
