Alex is the best! He installed my system 13 years ago and any time I need it serviced he is right there! I never have to stress about when it is going to be repaired or cleaned or if it is going to be done right! He is knowledgeable, honest and more than fair! I would give lakeside plumbing and heating 20 stars if they would let me!
My husband and I got married there this past weekend and we are so grateful to Sarah, Erin, and Dave for all their coordination and support for the two years leading up to the event, and during the whole wedding day! Sarah was quick to answer all my emails throughout our time working with her, our rehearsal ceremony was well run, and her staff onsite took great care of us. I have been bringing my son here for almost 4 years. Dawn and her staff are always very welcoming, helpful and go above and beyond. I don’t have to worry about anything and never have to ask questions. Dawn is very thorough with him and he ALWAYS walks away happy. We definitely recommend Ti Optics.

We cannot thank John at QA Car enough! We came up to Lake George on a camping trip and on our last day getting ready to head back home our brakes went! No signs prior to this did we hear anything to worry about. We found QA and he was not only able to squeeze us in the same day but we received the car back within a few hours with brand new front brakes and rotors. John, thank you once again! Machines all work, new work over the last few years has been appreciated. Clean, working machines and the wash and fold service is super helpful and generally fast.
