John went above and beyond fixing our Subaru and deserves a big shout out. First, he fit us in after a busy 4th of July weekend and diagnosed the issue quickly (wheel bearing). He ordered the part and in replacing it had another issue come up with the ABS sensor, which had rusted off. He replaced it at cost, rotated our tires for free and even topped off our oil. He informed me about the cost and process every step of the way. QA services and John are a gem for the Ticonderoga area!
I blew a transmission line on my way up for vacation. John was very understanding and got me right in. This man is not only an incredibly great guy but also a top notch mechanic. The amount of work he had to do was unbelievable to me, but he got it done in great time. Saved my vacation! Great rates, great work, very safety oriented. I'd recommend him to anyone.
