Sunshine Laundry is a clean, reliable coin-op and drop-off service in Ticonderoga. The machines all work, with recent updates including a new water softener. The wash and fold service is super helpful, generally fast, and always satisfactory. The business is run with warmth, kindness, and great pride, with staff going above and beyond to address any issue. They actively contribute to the community by hiring locals and creating jobs. Note that self-serve hours are from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, with the last wash at 7:30 pm. For drop-off wash and fold, it is best to call ahead for staffed hours, as regular office hours vary by season. Drycleaning goes out and returns on Wednesdays.
My family and I go camping every year, usually in the Adirondacks. So we are very well versed on community laundromats. Sunshine Laundry was the BEST by far. Very clean, well stocked, plenty of machines that were in working order. No need to download any apps, but you could if you wanted too. The owner/manager was on site and very responsive to our questions. Extremely helpful when asked about local attractions. This business is one of the best. Thank you Sunshine Laundry. You made our wash day very tolerable.
Such a nice... terrific full service laundry. They can do it all. And everything they do is done with care and professionalism. They can pick up and deliver your laundry. Fluff and fold service is just as good if not better than big city dry cleaners and laundromats. The prices are very reasonable, and they also do alterations. Quick turnaround and the staff is very friendly. A wonderful small business that takes pride in everything they do.
Traveling across the country east, west , north, and south we stop to do laundry about once a week. Sunshine Laundry is one of a handful that I would say are outstanding. The place is well maintained and clean. Prices are reasonable and the machines seem to be relatively new. The also have some kid size tables with crayons, coloring books, flash cards and puzzles. If you need a clean safe place to do your laundry, this is it. The owner was on site.
