“I got premium vinyl flooring installed in my condo a few months ago, but haven't had the time to post a review. Overall I am very pleased with the job Diego and his team did. Maria was pleasant to work with as well ( very responsive). I am certain the floors will last for a very long time. There were a few details we both missed during the final walkthrough. I didn't notice that there was missing caulking with the shoe molding in the some of the closets. I'm sure if I caught it during the walkthrough it would have been taken care of.“

He and his staff are very receptive to emails and phone calls. His prices are in line with the other firms, and significantly lower than general contractors. Shortly after going through all of the details, Andy sent me a contract. All of the work and expectations were clearly described. There were zero questions about what would be done, what would not be done, and how long the job would take. There were also zero questions about what would be expected of me (e.g. moving furniture, thermostat settings). His workers showed up on time, on the days they were scheduled. “I reached out to Manny with a tough damage on my quartz kitchen countertop (bleach had spread across it and left multiple discolored spots). Even though this type of quartz damage is not something he usually treats, Manny went above and beyond — he researched, ordered the right product, and carefully repaired it. The result is amazing: the bleach spots are now almost invisible, and you’d really have to look hard to notice the old marks. I’m very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Manny to anyone looking for repair to their stone or quartz countertops.“
