Rob is the best! They came out promptly to check the issue with my AC and didn’t charge me for the visit. Have a problem with an ongoing refrigerant leak since another contractor installed a new AC system years ago. Installing contractor has been non-responsive. Contacted First Class for a quote on a new system as I was getting tired of dealing with AC going out and needing frequent recharges. Rob took a look, found the problem, and talked me out of a full replacement. These guys then went through the trouble of getting the defective replacement part under warranty even though they weren’t the installing dealer. Honest, honorable, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
Be sure to call First Class before you call anyone else! My a/c stopped working on the hottest day of year. Since it's an older unit (16+ yrs), I was fearing the worst and thought it would have to be replaced. Rob was fantastic as he put my mind to ease. Turned out to be a quick fix! Rob was totally professional, knowledgeable and couldn't have been more honest. The cost to fix it was surprising lower than I was expecting. I would HIGHLY recommend First Class Air HVAC to anyone looking to repair/service their HVAC!
