We worked with Derek Henriksen at Dugo Realty to find the perfect upstate home for our family. Derek was super communicative and responsive, scheduled last minute viewings to accommodate our schedule, and provided great perspective on the homes we visited. Derek has also been a great resource for local information/resources(attorneys, inspectors, contractors on modifications/upgrades). We just closed yesterday and spent the first night at our new home. Couldn't be happier!
I could not be happier with the attention, speed, skill, hustle, and resourcefulness of our agent at Dugo, Derek Henriksen. He helped us find a dream home in no time. He provided guidance in offer phase (we got the first house we put an offer on!), and proactively made sure all other players got their piece done so we could close much faster than otherwise. He was always available, knowledgable of the area (and local folks to help with many tasks), and was overall great to work with. If we end up looking for another home, Derek will be our first call.
Nothing but good things to say about this group, Craig Williams, specifically has been very helpful to me. Answers all my questions promptly. He's knowledgeable of the area and pays a great deal of attention to his clients, both current and potential clients. I highly recommend getting in contact with Craig with any realtor questions, buying, selling, STR, etc.
