Great yoga studio! It is very clean and has great vibes. Yoga here is one of a kind because the main instructor focuses not just on yoga but mindfulness and spiritual well-being as well. She incorporates mindful thinking techniques and stories into the practice and uses different techniques to create equilibrium in the body such as singing bowls. She is also very knowledgeable on the body and has good insight on healthy body practices.
