Service experience was outstanding again. Burner down for the count a second time, different part, and the response, diagnosis and repair time blows away the competition. The price is always less than my guestimate as well. Won't be changing companies any time soon!

After a 30+ years with Agway, then Suburban, service deteriorated and became impersonal, and prices were often higher than currenty market prices for fuel oil and propane. We use coal for primary heat in winter, with fuel oil as backup. We also keep a 500 gallon propane tank for our generator. Our home heating system is like a powerplant or engine room of a ship, and gthe average fuel company tech or sales reps always tried to convince me to switch to some new high efficiency propane hot water boiler, or did not understand how our heating system works.
