We’ve had Shane and Sons out several times over the last 10 years to assist with our furnace and hvac. They are simply the best. Kind, courteous, fast, and very reasonably priced for all they do. We had to call in the middle of a blizzard today because our furnace stopped working and they sent someone out immediately, even on a Sunday morning, in a blizzard. These guys know their stuff and we are so grateful for them to be a local business here in North Syracuse!
💯 recommend shane and sons. second time they came to our rescue. first time was a few years ago are furnace stopped aon a night that it was like negative 20 something degrees even thou it was an older furnace they were able to repair got us thru a few years. this year we knew it would go soon if not this year maybe next. it was getting louder.but this was the year. decided we were gonna get some estimates but our furnace was like no I am done lol. decided instead of calling in the middle of the night to wait til morning and used other heating we could used temp. the person we talked to was helpful snd got on it within a few.mins shane called me. said he would be there with in a half hour. Anyway nothing to say but good things aboht this company but thanks for the fast response. cant wait for you to install the central air and thank you very much
We had a problem with our furnace and someone was here within 45 minutes of calling them on a Saturday! Prompt, efficient and reasonable!
