Kaitlin was amazing in changing out my fresh piercings and putting in proper jewelry to help my ears have a real chance at healing. She was so sweet and walked you through the entire process. 10/10 place, I will not go to any other place to get pierced in Upstate NY!
Kristen was fantastic for me and my boyfriend's piercings. She did my nostril and septum and his nostrils and his earlobes (earlobes at a big gauge). They turned out great and are healing very well. Thank you so much to Kristen and the whole Scarab team for a wonderful experience from initial contact to piercing and after. The turnaround from inquiry to appointment was swift and very informative, they answered all of my questions and made me and my boyfriend feel very comfortable. Definitely planning to come back for more!
