100% recommend Jack’s Septic! We had been in our new home for about 3 weeks when we discovered the septic hadn’t been pumped in 4 years and was completely full. With 3 kids, we couldn’t go another day without water or toilets.
After calling around all morning and being told other companies couldn’t come until the next day, Jack’s was able to get someone to us within just a couple of hours! They were professional, quick, and even helped us locate the septic tank since it wasn’t where we thought it was.
Amazing customer service and a true sense of urgency. I highly recommend Jack’s Septic!
Jack and his guys were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful for two newbies to a septic system. Quick to respond yesterday and were here today. Gave us a lesson on taking care of the system and had suggestions to address the sump pump drains. Highly recommend them!!
