The store is equipped with frames any person may want to buy. Staff there is well training and they definitely know what they are doing. There is chairs for those who wait. They accept all kinds of insurance. To make sure they accept yours, give them a call before you arrive. Great experience with the telemedicine exam and visit with the optometrist! Seamless approach to getting the eye care I need. The on-site staff were professional and pleasant and explained everything perfectly.
The staff is great and I like the location. I do not however feel that the exam was carried out appropriately . A virtual exam was performed and the program they used was not working properly . The staff did connect us with a Dr who reviewed the partial exam and he filled the prescription based on a half completed exam .
