Ashley was absolutely the best when my son and I were there last. We were also helped by a very kind and gentleman as well, however I forgot his name (I will get his name when I go back to pick up my contacts and update later). *Stephen WAbsolutely above and beyond for both of them. Ashley was able to figure out an error with our insurance that nobody else had the last 1.5 years- on either our insurance side or visionworks side. Extremely courteous staff. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Very clean and welcoming. They took their time with me to explain things, which made me feel like they actually cared about me and what they do. Also, was able to leave with prescription contacts the same day! Definitely will be a repeat customer ?

I was able set my appointment on a day that worked for me and when I went my appointment i was able to get right to my eye exam and they helped me find the right glasses that would fit me.
