Ruth is so amazing, most professional and down to earth body piercer I've ever met. Piercings are Anatomy dependent and if you wanna make sure you're taken care of she's the girl. She's not just here to take your money she actually genuinely cares about your happiness and wellbeing. The staff is also amazing and so sweet and professional everytime I go there. Love everybody there. 🩷🩷☺☺

I was in Carmelo’s Ink City today and witnessed an unfortunate situation with a customer named Nadyia. The shop was busy with clients waiting patiently for their turn. Nadyia came in expecting free service for piercings that are fully healed, and became upset when Ruth calmly explained shop policy: like any professional studio, services on healed piercings, jewelry changes, and merchandise do have a charge.

I have had several tattoos done by Kat and she does an outstanding job. She is very professional as well as personable, she can do a wide variety of designs all created by herself! She has done a coverup for me as well that turned out beautiful. I highly recommend going to visit her for tattoos!
