This was my first experience with WindowRama. The woman in the showroom helped us choose the exact windows we wanted and scheduled our appointment. Shawn explained everything about the windows, answered all our questions, gave us a great discount, and we were also impressed with the excellent warranty they offer.
John's installation team arrived right on time, and both windows were installed in just four hours. What I really appreciated was how carefully they protected our home. They covered all the floors, including our carpeted staircase. When they finished, they cleaned everything up so well that it looked like no work had even been done.

Window drummer is fantastic. People do great work on the other side of the coin the delivery people that delivered my door damaged twice there’s a problem and then trying to get it rectified on the phone with somebody from the Philippines who works for Andersen is extremely difficult. I have to jump through hoops and prove that the dog came damaged. She’s not even gonna guarantee she’ll fix it. This is ridiculous

I had a three panel slider installed in May and it wasn’t locking correctly. John Marte was the Field Installation Supervisor for my installation, and he had left his card and said to call if there were any problems. True to his word, when I called, he came out and fixed the issue! Outstanding customer service and I truly appreciate his expediency in resolving the issue.
