I had a three panel slider installed in May and it wasn’t locking correctly. John Marte was the Field Installation Supervisor for my installation, and he had left his card and said to call if there were any problems. True to his word, when I called, he came out and fixed the issue! Outstanding customer service and I truly appreciate his expediency in resolving the issue.

Just stopped by to take a glance at store. Very impressed by cleanliness of store and decor. Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. We decided after a few questions we would order from him. Installation was scheduled and done by a very skilled professional. He was very meticulous about how the work was done by him. So glad we stopped in. And the installation was PERFECT
