My washer machine recently broke so I tried Neatly laundromat pickup and drop off service. The service was excellent with a quick turnaround time. Suff communicated clearly when on his way to pick up and drop off. I will continue to use the service until my washer is fixed.
Neatly handles my laundry with care and they are so timely. My driver Matt was so prompt and on time with drop off. He texted me when he would arrive and was able to help me with a request I had. Neatly deserves 10 stars. Thanks to the team for awesome customer service. I also think it’s so cool that they have an AI rep that is able to answer calls and book pick ups. I was also able to request to speak to an actual person and they called me within 5 minutes. Long review but I reallly love the service 😊
We used them when our washer and dryer broke suddenly and they were quick and efficient. Everyone was so nice and the driver Matt was super friendly and accommodating to ensure someone was home for both pickup and delivery. Will definitely use again.
