I was at another Ulta that gave me a hard time with an exchange, but decided to give this store a shot. Eric and his team really delivered! Not only were they very helpful, but they allowed me to exchange for a shade that worked better with my skin tone. Excellent Customer Service!

I don’t ever leave reviews but me and my mom just went into ulta (we both know nothing about makeup) and this girl Alisa was so insanely helpful and nice!!! She answered any questions we had happily. She needs a raise asap!!!!! She deserves it <3

The service was immaculate. I just began my makeup journey and decided to stop by. They took the time to match my foundation shade perfectly. All the while answering my questions about my complete starter kit to my makeup journey. I am grateful and thankful for their professionalism. I'll be returning!!
