Only 3 stars because we just signed contract haven't started work yet. Will update. So far its been great, received estimate. Jeff listened to what we wanted and made suggestions accordingly, best of all didn't talk down to us. They do charge $30 for estimate which is not a big deal. Big box stores and others do same. Maria always courteous and returns call and emails promptly. Looking forward to working with them.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you Jeff, Scott, Maria and everyone that had their hands in our bathroom. Your professionalism, accuracy, attention to detail, organization and expertise have not gone unnoticed during our renovation. You have left my father with a big smile on his face and confidence in his heart that the job was done perfectly. Your patience with him during that time was greatly appreciated. He's also not an easy person to impress and you guys have all left a lasting impression on him. We all need a good break from the renovation but their kitchen needs a reno also! He wants none other than Troost to come and take care of it.

Jeff and Scott explain everything, ,answer all questions,are up front about costs and give detailed estimate.There are no surprise costs.Excellent customer service- Scott was on site everyday. Workers are punctual, neat,friendly and do superb work.Carlos and Alvin are a great team,with attention to detail! Highly recommend!
