I came into my appointment running on zero sleep, feeling completely drained after a midnight hospital shift and back-to-back real estate meetings. I felt like garbage, but Angela entirely resurrected my day. She is a brilliant perfectionist. She spent nearly three hours meticulously shaping, cutting, and styling every single curl with unbelievable care and deep knowledge.
I walked out looking beautiful and feeling like a completely brand new person. If you have curly hair and want someone who will treat your hair like an absolute work of art, book Angela immediately. You will never let anyone else touch your hair again!

I cannot express enough how AMAZING my experience was!! As a hijabi, I felt SO welcome and my privacy was highly respected. From the minute that I spoke with reception to walking out the door, I love every minute of being there. Sabrina the receptionist is sooooo sweet and kind. As for my stylist, Tihanna, I can sing her praises all day long. She asked the right questions, made me feel comfortable, and definitely knew what she was talking about. Not only will I be back, but this will be the only place I come to get my hair done from now on. I love it so much, I cried when I saw myself! i still am in complete awe of how lovely the whole experience was from beginning to end.

I am extremely unhappy with the results of my service. I ultimately paid $456 for a cut and highlights, expecting a result that matched what I requested. Instead, I received a fully lightened top layer that looked nothing like what I asked for. After sitting with it for about a week and a half, asking several people for their honest opinions, and realizing how unhappy I truly was, I contacted the salon to let them know.
During that call, the receptionist was rude and asked “what’s the story here?” even though I had just explained what happened. I was told a refund or complimentary correction was not possible because two weeks had passed, despite the fact that the service I requested was not properly performed. They offered a consultation, and although the stylist was polite and said she did not believe I was being dishonest, she also said she did not see the issues I was describing.
During this process, I was also charged an additional $78 for a service they said had not been billed at my previous appointment, which is how the total came to $456. This was frustrating given that my original concern had not been resolved.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price paid and how the situation was handled, and I would not return.

White glove service. 10/10. i called here on a whim because I needed a haircut. I don’t cut my hair typically. Thank God I did. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly, offered coffee/tea, my coat was hung up. The ladies are lovely. Every person I interacted with from the moment I arrived was just wonderful. Now, i had no idea what to do with my hair, but CORRIN? Corrin gave me the hair of my DREAMS! i am GUSHING with joy!!!!! She transformed my hair into full, healthy, bouncy, gorgeous hair, & she is so kind & lovely! I have now found my home as far as hair salons go. Bless this business abundantly !
