Highly recommend! I was on the verge of buying a condo (price agreed) that I loved. It was a pre-war building and I hired Mark to do an inspection. Mark was prompt, responsive, and professional. He pointed out significant issues with the apartment that I had not noticed. He followed up with a thorough written report. His price was very reasonable. It was money well spent and it helped me avoid going into a purchase without full knowledge (I ended up not buying). I highly recommend working with Mark.
