My water meter broke & water was everywhere; I was panicking. Fortunately, Steven Thomas was recommended by a neighbor. I called him immediately & instead of taking advantage of my situation, he gave me very useful information to see if I first qualify for a free meter repair/replacement from DEP. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable & willing to help immediately. When DEP came out to investigate they found there was a defect with my meter & replaced it for free. Thank you, Steven!
