I went into SPECS FOR LESS on Monday to get the arm on the frame repaired or replaced. Well I have to say the associate went over and above looking for a frame to fit the lense. I told her please dont go to alot of trouble looking but she persevered and found a perfect fit. Today i got the call the glasses were ready for pickup. Im more than impressed with the friendliness and the outstanding service i received. I will return for exams and glasses for myself and family! Thank you.
