Lola a very great trainer the best she explains everything well but you can’t go wrong everything she tells you is inside the book. If anybody looking for classes to take for PCA or HHA definitely should come here.
I have been in this agency for 4 years, an excellent company, 1199 has the best union... I had the opportunity for this same company to train me for HHA for free and the truth is that I do not regret it, I left prepared to face any situation that presented itself with any patient.
I feel very proud to be an employee of SPECIAL TOUCH, people who want to work have many opportunities, they have free classes and the physical exams are also free, they have union. I recommend it.
