Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing offers a variety of services at different levels of care. The facility is run great, from top to bottom, and the staff are excellent, making it feel like a home away from home. One person described the center as helpful in their friend's recovery from a traumatic experience. The individual also appreciated the clean living spaces and caring staff. Staff members, such as Tania the patient advocate, are wonderful and helpful, making the center a great place for patients. While the food isn't exceptional, it is consistently available. The center is all about their patients, with staff like Aaron the assistant administrator available to answer questions and provide assistance.
I’m extremely grateful for the care and compassion shown by the staff at Richmond Center Nursing Home. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, respected, and treated with genuine kindness.
The staff are attentive, patient, and caring, and it’s clear that they truly care about the residents they look after. Communication with the family has also been appreciated, which makes a big difference when you’re trusting others to care for someone you love. Thank you to the nurses and to Meir.

My grandmother is staying here, the room was deteriorated but the maintenance director of the center diligently repaired and renovated the room my grandmother is staying in, they painted the walls, fixed the windows, central AC and ceiling issues, cleaned and polished the floors.
The staff is very professional and it’s clear their vocation as caregivers.
The staff is making a great effort to communicate with her, by learning words and practicing her language (Spanish) this is greatly appreciated.

Visited at the end of August, facility was very clean, staff were very attentive, and residents looked very happy. Also, met with administration and they were very pleasant to deal with!
