Franchise #7215, Bertha, Ed, Jason and Taha, were excellent. They were expertly strategic at the water damage site. They expertly cleaned out the damaged areas, heated the wooden floor areas to save them from further damage, precisely placed each bit of equipment in areas of concern and expertly removed all debris and equipment when the process was completed! They are a great team, listened to our concerns, addressed each issue masterfully and were very timely in the process. They handled our insurance needs accurately and with personal care. Al Kiswani from Service Master Restoration Solutions is an angel. Period! My husband and I suffered major damage to our attic and master bedroom from the rains of Hurricane Henri and then the following week when Ida hit. Our insurance claim adjuster recommended Al as he had used him for work on his house. After Al and I spoke I knew we weren't going to reach out to anybody else. This company has been sent by my All State agent due to neighbor's fire, this cleaning co. is so thourgh the men took over and started the air filters and clean up from walls,ceiling and inside cabinets. Bill Podurgiel at 718 984 6660 or 800 808 8218 is the best tell your insurance company they are far better than ServPro. who put damaged cheap filter and do nothing purifier in hallway.
