You cannot get a better professional and reliable company, that backs up their work, than Scaran HVAC. They are a family run business with old school values. They installed our heating system in 2021 and we recently had an issue and one email and one phone call fixed everything. We had two trucks and 3 technicians at our home by 9:30am on the next day. Tom, the owner, personally reached out to find out if the problem was solved and I thanked him for his prompt assistance. We’ve been doing business with Scaran for almost 50 years, starting when they removed the old original coal furnace from 1905 and installed a gas furnace back in the winter late 1976. With their annual maintenance, that furnace lasted over 40 years. January 2025 that furnace finally needed replacing, and of course it was bitterly cold. Scaran was the best to work with. Prompt, friendly, great to work with. And clean. We now have a lovely new furnace. The only complaint I have is that I don’t understand how to work the thermostat. Once again we are maintaining this new furnace with an annual maintenance contract. We’ve also used Scaran to replace the water heater.... read full review

We had an issue with house-wide odors from off-gassing after a new roof installation. Mike O. from Scaran quickly identified the source of the problem, and took the time to explain our options. He recommended a UV filtration upgrade to our existing HVAC system to help clean the air and eliminate the odors. Mike O. is professional, knowledgeable, and explained the features and system throughout the whole process. Great experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Scaran for their expertise and excellent service.
