The team replaced our main sewer line and did an incredible job. They were professional, arrived on time, and explained the whole process clearly. Chris and his staff are amazing, especially Lori and Andrea.
Thank god for Richmond Construction I had a major back up in my basement. We had 3 different plumbers come to see the damage before they came . Finally they showed up , recommended by the city They were well equipped with a camera and found the root of the problem . That was on a Thursday by Friday. they were here, dinging up the outside of my house. With my daughter‘s wedding weeks away, I was extremely anxious about this project, mostly it would not be completed , but Lori in the office informed me that they will take care of everything and they most certainly did!!!! We had an outstanding experience with Richmond construction from start to finish. They were professional, responsive and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. The entire company from the office staff to the owner Chris, to the workers that were at our house went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, taking time to explain the process, answer all of our questions and keep us informed every step of the way. They took all the worry away from us and handled everything from figuring out exactly what the issue was to getting permits to then coming here on one of the hottest days of the year and working the whole day to get the job completed....read full review
