About Richmond Center

Richmond Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing offers a variety of services at different levels of care. The facility is run great, from top to bottom, and the staff are excellent, making it feel like a home away from home. One person described the center as helpful in their friend's recovery from a traumatic experience. The individual also appreciated the clean living spaces and caring staff. Staff members, such as Tania the patient advocate, are wonderful and helpful, making the center a great place for patients. While the food isn't exceptional, it is consistently available. The center is all about their patients, with staff like Aaron the assistant administrator available to answer questions and provide assistance.

Thank you to the amazing staff on the 4th floor for the wonderful care you provided to my dad. A special thank you to Dr. Amparo for her compassion and dedication, and to Luba, the social worker, for her kindness and support throughout his stay.
The nurses truly went the extra mile always treating my dad with respect, patience, and genuine care. It meant so much to our family to know he was in such good hands.

We are incredibly grateful for everything you did. Thank you for making a difficult time so much easier.

Lyuba Tress is the amazing social worker there at Richmond. She is exceptionally compassionate, selfless, and always providing help. What makes her special is how her own personal experience shaped the care she now shares and provides to all, giving her a deep understanding and empathy that you can truly feel. She brings kindness, patience, and genuine dedication to her work, going above and beyond to support those in need. Her meaningful presence is always reassuring, and she truly makes a positive impactful difference in people’s lives. Anyone lucky enough to have the opportunity to either work with, or be in her blessed care, would be truly fortunate.

Denise, Cathy, and Mary Ann all were very helpful and professional. They seemed to know about my uncle and care about him. There was another employee who came to check on whether my uncle had eaten. The facility is clean and patients have an organized schedule of activities, including getting fresh air (weather permitting). The lobby staff greeted me and you have to register using face recognition, which is good. The main entry gate remains locked for security purposes. Overall, each rehab will have their good and bad. However, this facility seems to focus on customer service and improving.
