We had a leak in our shower stall and called Rapid for service. J.R. and Michael promptly diagnosed and solved our problem. They were friendly, efficient and outstanding workers. We will definitely use them again.
We had one issue that ended up with three separate visits in a span of a week and each time, the techs that were dispatched, were beyond polite and helpful- Mike, Dominick and another Mike. I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience with Rapid. They arrived with decent timing even late in the evening and fixed the issues each time.
Just used Rapid sewer for an emergency back up and they were excellent. Responce was RAPID and Chris was professional and did the job fast. Highly recommend this company. They also provide maintence .
