I went there to have a proposal to have my glasses done. The blonde curly hair woman was very nasty and didn’t want to show me anything they have available. I was willing to spend a decent amount but she blew me off
I've been coming to this place since I was a child. You want to go to a professional place? This is it, every employee is well beyond qualified. Customer service is well above a 5 star rating here. The front desk associates know the product that is in that store better then the manufacturer. It feels like home when I walk in Piles Optical . I can see why they have customers come back every year. I would recommend this place to a family and a friend
I was skeptical at first because of the bad reviews. I have to say everyone was very friendly and sweet even Dr. Zavilensky. They have a good selection of glasses. I am very happy with my experience here. I also love my new glasses.
