Using Payless car keys service was beyond expectations. Alex arrived as scheduled and immediately began the function of programming a new keyfob and cut valet key for my 2013 Mercedes C300. Alex worked efficiently, the entire process was seamless. I strongly recommend contacting them if you find yourself needing to replace a keyfob. Rates are reasonable for this level of service.

Ignition cylinder would intermittently not physically turn. Nissan dealership wanted more than $1,400 to order and replace. I called 2 places and there were no technicians available and they weren’t sure they would have the part. I tried Payless Car Key and they asked to drive in within an hour and they would service. The technician got to work right awa.y. He removed the ignition switch, disassembled it. He found a tiny bad spring. Replaced it and I was back on the road within 75 minutes and $400. It’s in my cell phone contacts now and I will use them for any other car key issues that might arise.

This place was absolutely the best, (my key broke in the door while unlocking & yesss they still have key operated cars) I called at 4pm on a Friday, they made it to me well within the 40 min window he had given me on the phone. Also Fully transparent on prices, did a great job in making my key and key module sensor. He made me 2 perfect keys for 200$ and had me on my way within 20 mins. Highly recommend this place.
