Our insurance company set it up for us when our pipes broke and our ceiling collapsed in our master bedroom doing a lot of damage. First the response team came with machines to dry everything out and remove the wet carpet. Then we had Jennifer come out to check the damage . She was great . Can't say enough about this very lovely young lady. They arranged a suitable date to start renovation and restoration. The men they sent were also amazing . Did the job in two days. Looks like this damage never happened. They put down the flooring we picked and redid the ceiling and all work to make our bedroom beautiful again. I will definitely use PD again. Excellent company, well versed in all building code and were really helpful in mold remediation in my home. I had a leak in the basement walls that no contractor was able to fix. They kept trying to patch things up. These guys went immediately to the root of the problem, and were able to complete the work in a timely fashion. My kids and I are now safe from the threat of looming mold.
